The Innovation SuperNetwork exists to connect businesses in North East England with the opportunities, finance and support needed to innovate and grow. Supported by 60 partners, including all five regional universities and high-profile organisations across the public and private sectors, the Innovation SuperNetwork brings together the innovation ecosystem to support economic growth. 

The Innovation SuperNetwork’s expert team have in depth knowledge in innovation best practice and are recognised for their approach to using open-source innovation methodologies and tactics, including the Design Council’s Double Diamond framework. Moving innovators through the process, participants will come away with the necessary skills to implement a new product or service and improve internal processes.

From community groups to business support organisations, local enterprise agencies to all layers of government, NICRE liaises with a range of bodies to help address the challenges faced by rural enterprise and identify new opportunities.
