Your Pass to the Data Innovation Showcase includes:

  • Access to two full days of live, in-person sessions including keynote talks, workshops, and other practical sessions

  • Lunch, refreshments and snacks for both days

  • Access to the evening social, with all food and welcome drinks included

  • Access to our event app which provides opportunities to network more effectively with other delegates, book meetings with exhibitors and sponsors, downloading all the relevant material from the workshops you attend and the chance to win a prize!

Our full price tickets for the two-day event are £200 each

First Release Tickets
We have a limited number of 'First Release' tickets where you can grab your passes for our two-day conference for just £100! Use code NICDSHOWCASE50 between Tuesday 2nd - Sunday 21st July at checkout to receive this huge discount of 50% off!

Early Discount Tickets
If you've missed out on the 'First Release' tickets, until Wednesday 31st July you can pick up your passes for £150! Use code NICDSHOWCASE25 between Monday 22nd July - Sunday 4th August at checkout to receive 25% off your tickets!

Advance Rate Tickets
This final ticket offer for our conference will get you access to the two-day conference for £180 until 25th August! Use code NICDSHOWCASE10 between Monday 5th August - Sunday 1st September to receive 10% off your passes!

Full Price Tickets
From Monday 2nd September, you can purchase our two-day conference tickets for £200.

If you would like to pay for the tickets via Purchase Order, please get in touch directly at nicd@newcastle.ac.uk

Although we cannot offer a refund for any tickets purchased, we are more than happy to transfer them for free to any other individual who is able to attend in your place.

If the conference is cancelled due to extenuating circumstances, we will first endeavour to postpone the conference to a later date. In the event that the conference cannot be moved to a later date, we will offer a refund of the full amount of the ticket price minus the admin fee.

Conference Venue: The Catalyst

  • Our state-of-the-art venue, The Catalyst, is conveniently located in Newcastle City Centre.

  • The Catalyst is a 9-minute walk from Newcastle Central Station and just a 7-minute walk from St James Metro Station.

  • There is plenty of paid-for car parking available nearby, and plenty of secure bike storage on site.

  • The Catalyst is a fully accessible venue.

Our social event on the evening of Wednesday 25th September will take place at the iconic St James' Park Football Stadium in the heart of Newcastle, less than a 5 minute walk from The Catalyst.

We are still finalising the event details and as soon as we have more information we will share this with you.

We are currently in the process of setting up our app for the Data Innovation Showcase.

As soon as we have more information about the app and how to use it throughout the conference, we will share this with you.
